HOW TO USE THE TONGUE SCRAPER:

1. Open your mouth and extend your tongue.
2. Place scraper on back of tongue (as far back as is comfortable).
3. Scrape gently from back to front, rinsing between strokes. Repeat as needed.
4. Clean thoroughly after use by rinsing with water.
5. Use at least once per day as part of your oral care rituals.
6. Periodically disinfect with boiling water or in the dishwasher for effortless cleaning.
